The LCD screen on my CPSC16 is out. The LED lights do come on. No chorline being generated. I think the LCD needs to be replaced but I’m not sure of the age of the model…see 2 photos below for controller and serial number. Is the LCD display (part number # JDPCBLCD) you have available to proper part for this unit?
