we have a fiberglass pool that needs capped and it is kidney shaped. so we would need straight and angled caps. these caps would have to adhere to pool also and then we want to pour cement around them. Any suggestions?
Hello Bobbie - A kidney shaped pool would require coping to be bent. You can field bend our VM1 coping. This is a side mount extrusion that lines up with the top of the pool wall and usually a paver is set on top. We also offer HM2 and HM3 coping. These are top mount extrusions which can be bent on site. With these extrusions the homeowner puts a paver of some sort on top of the pool wall to finish off the deck. Remember, neither of these are for pouring a concrete deck.
CP2 coping would be required if pouring a concrete deck up to the edge of the pool. This type of coping would have to be pre-bent by the manufacturer. They would require detailed measurements that include the radius bends. Hopefully this answers your questions.
