My Hayward .75 hp pump is not starting, it just hums, then shuts down. It’s an old pump, serial number 8B01.
I may need a start capacitor? Here is a picture of what’s in there. Is there a way to test it to see if it’s bad? If it is bad, can you direct me to what I need as a replacement? Thank you.
