Our Water Pro no longer activates the Heater. Every three - four minutes it clicks and “hums” for about. 10 seconds then clicks off.

Balboa doesn’t want to provide tech support to uncertified techs, so I’m hoping someone can at least i.d. the problem.
I haven’t tried “rebooting” yet. But will give that a go asap.
