Bad salt readings

Gonna keep this as short as possible..

Aquatrol controller jumper applied to run t15 cell..

Ran amazon t15 cell since last year no problem.

Cell went bad this year got refund and bought different brand. Since it was reading 1400-2300 salt inconsistently, and wouldn’t generate. Though Taylor test said 3000 salt.

Replaced today consistently reading 4400 salt. Though Taylor test is saying 2600-2800. But not giving high salt warning and states its generating.

Return and try new cell? Let it run for a day or two and see?

This morning cell was reading 4600.. still generating, no high salt warning.

Just ignore and let run and go strictly off my own testing?

Thoughts

Attempted to recalibrate 4x.

Current diagnostics:

4400 average salt (after swap yesterday)

69 deg water

26 Voltage

7.51 amps

60% output

Plan to swap to a circupool system st some point just not able to currently.

Reply from Inyo InyoTyler :

If its showing generating and you have chlorine in the pool id let it keep going.

Unfortunately today it was saying inspect cell now. Still reading 4300 instant salt and generating.

For fun used a digital tester my wife bought a long time ago. It read 4100. Taylor test still reading 3000-3200. Out of boredom took it to Leslies they came back with 3700…

:man_facepalming: not sure what to do.
