Aquabot TurBo T what can I do to fix or send this in?

I have a 6-7 yr old Aquabot Turbo T that can climb pool stairs and others. The side plate seems to be popping up and cannot hold the belt to be on track. I have fixed this a few times with some company in new jersey which charges an arm but never fix it right. Does anyone know where is the best place I can send this darn thing. I hate doing this every year… It was working well for 5 yrs but now… The motor still works well and in great condition. What do I need to do? I included some photos on Flickr. Please advise and suggest where can I send this for most reliable and cheapest way. I am unable to do any repairs myself due to hand issues. Please help. Thanks

Hello PhillipK - We are not aware of a repair location. I contacted a rep at Aquabot but he won’t be back in the office until next week. In the meantime, I recommend calling Aquabot at 1-800-221-1750. They should be able to suggest a repair shop.
