Purchased a PCB Board 2 weeks ago, after install it is still displaying low salt. I have the correct T-Cell selected and have recalibrated numerous times. I have tested the water with strips and had a pool store also test with both saying the salt is at correct level. Original PCB board had the power, check salt, inspect cell lights on solid. The replacement board has power, Generating, check salt, and inspect cell on solid. How can the generating light be on if the check salt and inspect cell are solid? The cell voltage and amp are within the acceptable ranges. Also with the new board the LCD is very faint and hardly readable. I did remove the replacement board and installed the original board and the LCD is bright and easily readable so I put the replacement back in place and cannot see the display.
Could I have a faulty replacement board or are there other components that would cause it not to generate chlorine? Would the flow switch have anything to do with the issues I am having?
