Aqua Rite Chlorine Generator cycle time?

I am trying to troubleshoot my chlorinator by seeing if the cell voltage is 22-25 volts when chlorinating and the cell amps are 3-8 amps when chlorinating.

I know that when I set the % on my chlorinator to 50%, then the chlorinator is running at 100% half the time and 0% the other half of the time.

But, what is the cycle time?  15 minutes running, 15 minutes off?  Or, every other minute on?  Something else?

If the dial is set at 50% then the digital readout should show 50p after pressing the  diagnostic button 4 times.  When the cell energizes the voltage will drop from from 30-33 vdc down to 22-27 vdc while the cell is working.  After 15 minutes elapses, the cell is de-energized the voltage will rise from 22-27 vdc back up to 30-33 vdc.
