No, it is not shaped like that; rectangular housing. Only 6" across (not 10.12") and 4" from lens frame to back
We do not have a light with a square housing but we do have one with a 6" diameter face. From the lens to the back of the light is 4.62". It’s called the Pentair Aqualight.
Pentair bought out American Products several years ago and sells the same lights under the Pentair name.
