I have replaced my 115V Hayward power flo lx pump motor with a 115V Century BN25v1. My old motor had the on/off switch at the bottom rear of the motor housing. I want to equip the new motor with the on/off switch but cannot find a wiring diagram to incorporate it. Can I just wire the hot wire in to the switch and then jump from the switch to terminal 1 on the motor? The old motor had a number of additional wires coming out of the motor to the wiring block that are not present on the new motor. New motor came with a jumper installed between posts 3 and 5. Thanks!
