I have an Aqua Breeze XLS.  All the lights come on on the electrical end but it doesn’t move.  Are there any replacement parts that would remedy this?  Have cleaned everything well and all looks good.  Any suggestions what could be wrong?

Hi Debbie,

To really determine what is going on you will need to get a multimeter tool, if you don’t already have one then you can pick one up at a hardware store for about $25. You would then need to follow this guide on Trouble Shooting why My AquaBot Won’t Move the guide has you go through the major components of the cleaner testing each with the multimeter, once you find the part that gets 0 volts then you have found your problem.

If this sounds like too much of a pain then you can Contact AquaBot for Service if there is a service center in your area then you can drop the unit off to them and if your cleaner is under warranty then the repair is free. If you don’t have a service center in your area then you would ship the cleaner off to AquaBot and they will do the repair, I’m not a 100% sure who pays for shipping in this case but if you call AquaBot they will give you all the details.

Keep us posted on how things turn out and if you go the service route we would be interested to know the exact process.

Thank You

Patrick
