Nitro NC -17

My cleaner started standing on end, not climbing to the top of the walls, shuts off prematurely after fifteen to twenty minutes, tending to circle. Just started today. Faithfully cleaned after each cycle. No apparent debris in body, drive bands, cleaner brushes, impeller blade, or inlets. Owned last season and this. Came with the house so age is unknown. All brushes and track bands are in near new (I replaced two brushes) or acceptable condition). Possible cause?

Hi Clearpool,

If your Nitro is doing wheelies then here are a few things you can try…

  • Test cleaner without filter bag. If cleaner does not do wheelies then clean the filter bag.
  • Check impeller to see if there is any hair or debris and remove.
  • Remove bottom lid and make sure that the filter bag is on properly and place back onto cleaner.

Please post back to let us know if any of these items helped out.

Thank You

Patrick
