Magnetek Centurion Switchless Motor

HI,

I have a Magnetek - Centurion switchless motor for my pool cleaner.  For some reason it will not turn on in the morning, but when i try to turn on in the afternoon, it turns on.  Is there an internal timer that i’m not aware of?

Hi Dave,

No there is not an internal timer on the motor. It may be that the pump is running hot and the thermal overload is tripping. When the motor is hot to the touch when it is running?
