My pool was functioning just fine. I emptied the cleaner bag and put the Polaris (cleaner) in to vacuum. Almost immediately, the spill way from the spa went down to a dribble. About 15 minutes later, I noticed that the water level was going down fast. Any ideas out there?

We spoke with Polaris and they stated the following…
that sounds like one of the actuators is stuck and did not turn, or the diverter could be stuck or damaged.
Can you check your actuator / diverter valve and report back to us.
