I want to know if I chang my T CELL -9 (25,000 gal pool) to a T CELL -15 (for a 40,000 gal pool) will my pool make yoo much salt and would i have to change anything else???

I think you were meaning to ask if the system would make too much chlorine. No, we actually suggest oversizing the salt system because you can set the system a % output of chlorine so for a smaller pool you could just set the controller to a lower output of chlorine. The benefit of the larger cell is that it lasts longer and if you ever get into an algae situation you have the ability to really bump up your chlorine production.
