I have noticed that sand were in the bottom of my 3 year old pool and the water was all like milk. We have opened the sand filter and see what we found (pictures attached). The bottom part all melted and cracked because of salt certainly. Have you seen that previously? Our pool installer told us the we will only have to pay for the technician who will fix everything for us. So we presume that it is a problem that they know if they won’t charge us the parts.
