Above Ground Bottom rails

I purhcarsed a 15x52" Galaxy above ground pool in 2010.  I need to replace the bottom rims.  I reached out to Family Fun where I order the pool from and they have sent me 5/8 wide rails.  They are not returning my call.  So, at this point the rails are too wide for the joint to connect them.  I guess now I am seeking if you have joints that will work in connecting the bottom rims. I have wasted all summer trying to get this pool back up.  Living in Virginia our summer months are extremely hot with horrible storms in the afternoon.  I do hope you can assist me or guide me to whether I am able to get this pool back up or not.

Hello Esther - Could you email us a picture of the outside pool wall (top to bottom), a picture of where the top rail meets the upright and a picture of the top cap?
